Flow is the rhythmic cadence in which rappers speak. It's what gets you bobbing your head while listening to a rap song. Here's one of the more iconic flows recently:
Once you get good at these techniques, you'll have mastery over rhythm and can rhyme anywhere you want in the bar. Also now if you misplace a rhyme, you can just incorporate that into a new flow pattern so it won't sound like a mistake at all. For these reasons, this is one of the most powerful techniques in our freestyle arsenal.
